This impressive pink papered stallion is a very striking horse with incredible presence, he has a fabulous temperament, is very compact with elastic paces and superb conformation. Roulette was carefully selected as a 2 year old in Germany by Owner and List 1 Judge Clive Halsall, for his outstanding temperament, conformation and elastic movement. He proved himself throughout his career, as a 4 year old he qualified for the International Dressage horse of the future at the National championships and was placed 3 rd in top class company. As a 6 year old Roulette was the only British representative to qualify for the final at the 1999 world breeding championships Arnhem Holland. His successes include North West Regional champion at advanced medium/PSG level 2000/2001 placed 2nd and 3 rd National championships. In 2002 won at small tour level at 3 premier league shows, Osbaldeston, Somerford Park and Frys Yorkshire. Competed internationally at this level winning Inter II and Grand Prix 2004/2005.Since then he has combined stud work with a successful dressage career at all levels including grand prix. He throws quality athletic stock, which inherit his excellent temperament and rideability. His progeny are achieving success in all spheres including showing, eventing, showjumping and dressage. We consider him to be an ideal choice for mares requiring more quality, substance and elasticity.

When Roulette graded with the Sports Horse of Great Britain In November 2001 the judges described him as an ideal choice as a dual-purpose stallion able to breed top class Showjumpers as well as Dressage horses. His pedigree is equally impressive for Showjumping as it is for Dressage. His grading marks included 9 out of 10 flatwork under saddle, 7 for walk, 9 for trot, 9 for canter and 8.5 for jumping, The judges were impressed with his classic exuberant technique over a large fence. His career could have taken either route as a potential international Showjumper or indeed the path chosen as an International Dressage horse.

A Horse with great athleticism and top international potential” Stephen Clarke international judge 1997.
