Fairley Panache

This top class son of Wentward Humming Bird is an outstanding colt with an exquisite head, fabulous temperament, athletic extravagant paces and truly perfect conformation, everything you would expect in a top class riding pony stallion. His bloodlines include champion Part bred Arabians, riding ponies, Welsh section B's & Thoroughbreds, this combination give him class, quality, presence and that unmistakable wow factor.

Panache has been lightly shown at County Level as a youngster with great success, he takes everything in his stride is handled daily by children and never fazed by anything, the perfect small gentleman at all times. He has been backed and ridden away this autumn by a small child proving to be a calm and sensible ride. In 2010 he will continue his in hand career as well as competing under saddle.

In the spring of 2008 he was fully vetted and licensed as a stallion with the National Pony Society, the vet commented on his correctness and sensible attitude – a perfect tiny look alike version of our thoroughbred stallion Redoubtable. His first crop of foals is eagerly awaited early 2010. We consider him to be a superb choice for mare owners to produce lead rein ponies, riding Ponies and part breds, he will be an ideal outcross to add quality and refinement to native mares. Wentward Humming Bird who sadly died at a young age produced the most exquisite & beautiful first ridden/lead rein ponies regularly qualifying for the Horse Of The Year Show and The Royal International. His progeny include Senfold Royal Seaquin 2nd Malvern National Arab Champs 2003. Archwood Animation 2nd Three Counties Show. The stallions Fairley Nightingale & Fairley Stormbird. Fairley Mae-ling champion lead rein pony in Southern Ireland. Fairley Dresden 1st Royal Welsh 2nd Royal Show, 1st & reserve champion foal Canwell. Youngstock Champions Fairley Masquerade Fairley Symphony and Dressage pony Classic Chardonnay, Wentward Quality Quest regularly qualified and placed HOYS Mini First Ridden Show Pony. Royal Linsign was a multi supreme champion & British National Champion. Sire of Champions Breinton Royal Pageant, Royal Command Of Wentward & Wentward Royalist.

Longnewton Maestro won the famous Royal Welsh Mountain and Moorland under saddle class... 3 times! These classes sometimes hold up to, and beyond, 55 entries. Also being presented with the Welsh Pony & Cob Society Performance sire ratings dressage trophy. Sire of the reigning Pony Club and National Prelimary Dressage champion Duntarvie Catalan.

Keston Royal Occasion was well known for his consistent production of under saddle winners and up-to-size ponies, perhaps the most pre-eminent sire in the history of Riding Ponies in both Australia and the United Kingdom. In the United Kingdom he won the sires rating trophy several times and in Australia he held the award for the Australian Riding Pony Society from 1993 - 2000.

Bwlch Hill Wind, the sire of multiple Wembley and National Champions Rosevean Eagles Hill, Glenfield Hill Cottage and Trellech Giselle.

Gaulden Gamecock was a multi supreme champion who in turn sired the outstanding stallion Vean Cockalorum, himself a champion in his own right and who's name can be found in the pedigrees of many of the top riding ponies of all time.

Influential Thoroughbred Bloodlines

Ruling Sovereign carries the thoroughbred blood of champion racehorses Bold Ruler (eight times champion sire and sire of triple crown winner Secretariat), Nashrullah and Hyperion who is considered one of the most important thoroughbreds of the Twentieth Century, winner of the Epsom Derby in record time, Celtic Ballad in hand Champion Horse of the Year Show 1985.

He will stand to a limited amount of mares in 2009 his first season at stud whilst continuing with his in hand showing career.
